At Dimples, we want you to glow with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
